Notary Express will require you to provide a valid Photo Identity Document and a valid Address Proof Document (if specifically requested) and will retain a copy of the same.
Notary Express will retain a copy of the document(s) notarised.
Notary Express reserves its rights to refuse notary services, if, in the opinion of our Public Notary, a document does not appear to be genuine, or for any other reason at the subjective discretion of our Public Notary.
Notary Express does not Notarise Foreign Academic Credentials. DFAT advises us that they do not authenticate/apostille Foreign Academic Credentials. However, we advise you to check the same with DFAT.
Issuing a Notary Certificate
Notary Express can issue a Notarial Certificate, if requested. Additional fee applies.
Draft Legal Documents
The Public Notary at Notary Express can also draft legal documents for you if required. Additional fee applies.
Provide Legal Assistance
Notary Express can also provide legal advice if required. Additional fee applies.
